Team Leader

Working with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, setting examples for team members, and promoting a safe and productive work environment for our team members and customers. The right candidate is someone who believes in hard work, has leadership skills and an eye on future career growth. Many of our Assistant Managers and Store Managers start in this role and work their way up.

Candidates must be high-energy, personable people with:
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends and holidays)
• Excellent communication skills
• Retail experience and /or a background in farming, ranching, equine or welding highly desirable.
