Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

•Achieve store sales and profit plans.
•Provide leadership and direction to team. Hire and staff the best.
•Effectively coordinate store operating activities
•Manager operating expenses and control shrink of 15-16,000 sku count.
•Spend a majority of time in operation serving customers and team.

Qualifications:

•Minimum of two years hard lines retail management experience required.
•High School diploma or the equivalent.
•Bachelor Degree in agricultural-science or business related field desired.
•P&L, Scheduling and payroll management experience required.
•Shrink control experience required.
•Team member staffing, hiring, supervision and counseling experience required.
•Must have a Valid Driver’s License if you drive for company business.



Qualifications:

Store Management candidates begin in a training capacity. Temporary relocation to the district
training store may be required depending on your current residence. Once training is complete,
permanent relocation is typically required within a district. Relocation assistance is provided.
